Student Career Guidance & Assessment
Choosing a direction after high school—or while in college—can feel overwhelming. You don’t need to have everything figured out to take a first step. Most students begin here with a conversation.
Introductory Conversation
Free | 20 minutes
A relaxed, no-pressure conversation for students (and parents, if helpful) to talk through questions, goals, and next steps. We’ll explore whether this assessment and process might be a good fit right now.
Career Direct® Assessment | EDUCATIONAL
$200 | Individual Educational or Early Career Consultation
This comprehensive, research-based career assessment is designed for mid-career professionals and adults seeking clarity about fit, direction, or transition.
This comprehensive, research-based career assessment helps students gain clarity about who they are and how that connects to majors, career paths, and next steps.
The assessment explores:
personality and natural strengths
interests and motivations
skills and abilities
values that influence satisfaction and direction
Please allow approximately 1 hour to complete the online assessment and up to 2 hours for the guided consultation, focused on application and next steps.
Students are encouraged to invite a parent, guardian, or trusted adult to join part of the consultation if desired.
Many students describe this process as affirming, encouraging, and surprisingly accurate.
Group Discount Option
A reduced-rate option is available when the Career Direct Assessment is paired with the Living by Design presentation and shorter consultations. Minimum of four participants.
Action Planning & Follow-Up Coaching
$50 per hour
Optional follow-up sessions to help students:
think through major or career options

gain confidence moving forward
These sessions are flexible and scheduled as needed.
Additional Career Coaching
