Mission and Vision
My mission is to work with as many people as possible to reveal their God-given design and set them on an open path of success where they can contribute all they were created to do. My vision is that no one within my sphere of influence would be “grinding it out at work”, but that each person would know there is another way to work: with clarity, purpose, and joy.
I believe God has created each of us with specific gifts so that we can uniquely contribute to our society and do good! “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so we would walk in them.” (Ephesians 2:10) Think of it! There are some good things - already set up — just waiting for you to step into them. This journey of discovery is meant to be meaningful. . . even enjoyable!

Coaching Options are designed to meet you where you are and may include:
Career Direct Assessment - - This comprehensive, research-based career assessment helps you understand how you are uniquely designed for work.
You will analyze six factors and sub-factors of your personality, your vocational interests, skills and abilities and then your values, that shape long-term satisfaction. The assessment is completed online (about one hour), followed by 2–3 hours of guided consultation.
Students are welcome to invite a parent, spouse, or trusted friend to join the conversation.
Many people find this process both affirming and surprisingly accurate.
Speaking Opportunities -- Living by Design is a 30–45 minute presentation exploring work, career choices, and what Scripture has to say about calling and design. Ideal for churches, schools, and groups.
