Most of us end up in our work this way.
But sometimes our work isn’t a good fit and you find it harder and harder to get out of bed in the morning. You slog through the week for the paycheck and some downtime.

$250 | Individual Occupational Consultation
This comprehensive, research-based career assessment is designed for mid-career professionals and adults seeking clarity about fit, direction, or transition.
The assessment explores:
your personality
vocational interests
skills and abilities
values that shape long-term satisfaction
Allow 1 hour to complete the assessment and up to 2.5 hours for the guided consultation.
Many people find this process both affirming and surprisingly accurate.

A reduced-rate option is available when the Career Direct Assessment is paired with the Living by Design presentation and shorter consultations. Minimum of four participants.
Interactive Action Plan (Follow-up Coaching )
$50 per hour
Follow-up coaching sessions designed to help you apply your assessment results, clarify next steps, and move forward with intention.
Additional Career Coaching
$50 per hour
Ongoing coaching for those who want continued support exploring career options, transitions, or vocational direction—whether or not you’ve completed the assessment.
