Wondering what comes next?
Choosing a direction after high school—or while in college—can feel overwhelming. There are so many options, so many opinions, and so much pressure to “get it right.”
If you’re a student trying to decide on a major, a career path, or next steps—and you’re not sure where to start—you’re not alone. Many students are capable, curious, and motivated, but unsure how to connect who they are with the world of work.
That’s where I come in.
Hi, I’m Cindy.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by how people choose their work—and why so many end up on paths that don’t really fit them. I spent 14 years in a career that looked good from the outside but wasn’t aligned with how I’m wired. I didn’t lack ability or effort—I lacked clarity.
I often wonder how different things might have been if I had taken time earlier to understand how I was designed to work.
That curiosity is what led me to this process—and why I now enjoy helping students begin with clarity rather than guesswork.
Maybe you are looking for clear direction too.
Using a comprehensive, research-based career assessment, students gain insight into:
their personality and natural way of engaging the world
their skills and abilities
their interests and motivations
their core values and what matters most to them
This information becomes a foundation for making thoughtful decisions about majors, careers, internships, and next steps.
Why This Matters Early
Many adults don’t end up asking these questions until they feel stuck or burned out later in life. Beginning with clarity allows students to:
choose majors more intentionally
explore career options with confidence
articulate their strengths in applications and interviews
reduce anxiety around making the “wrong” choice
move forward with direction rather than pressure
This isn’t about choosing one career forever.
It’s about starting from a place of fit.
A Guided, Supportive Process
Students are guided through their assessment results in a reflective, supportive conversation. Together, we explore what the results mean, how they connect to current decisions, and what next steps might look like.
Parents are encouraged to be part of the conversation to provide feedback and encouragement. The process is naturally affirming, encouraging and remarkably accurate.
A note about Faith.
As someone who has followed Jesus since childhood, I believe our work—and the choices that lead us there—matter. While this process is grounded in a robust, research-based assessment, I also hold space for prayer, discernment, and wisdom for those who want faith to be part of their decision-making journey.
A little about me:
I’m a mom of four, grandma of seven, and wife of over 40 years to my college sweetheart. I care deeply about helping people—especially young people—make thoughtful choices that lead to sustainable, meaningful lives.
I love people, stories, swimming… and conversations about purpose, work, and calling.
If you’re a student (or parent) wondering how to begin, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
If you’re a student wondering how to begin—or a parent hoping to support a thoughtful decision—this is a simple place to start.
The first step is a conversation. We’ll talk about where you are, what questions you’re carrying, and whether this assessment and process might be helpful right now. There’s no pressure and no obligation—just space to explore next steps with clarity and care.
Scheduling a conversation does not commit you to an assessment.
